It's a bit hard to say, but if it's mechanically strong and cosmetically acceptable, you might get $500 to $1500, maybe more if it really looks good and you can find a guy who wants it, needs it and recognizes the value of a solid, well-maintained motor. I bought a Yamaha 4HP many years ago for $600, used it for about 5 years, took great care of it, and sold it to a guy for $600, and he got a bargain on it, especially compared to the prices of new Outboard Motors.
