Another what year is this Honda outboard ?

Looked at boats.net and other web sites and I think this Honda is a 2002 (seller thinks 2004 ) .No BF# to be found only BACL 1101013 ser # . Any info would be greatly appreciated . Thanks , Muskrat808 . PS It's a 8 hp 4 stroke with a white engine cover .
