Have an old Gale/Buccaneer motor

I have a 3hp, 1 cyl buccaneer Model 3D11 i believe manufactured in 1953. I haven't run it in 10 years. I drained the gas and stuff back then. Can someone tell me the oil/gas ratio to run in this engine?

I would run her on 16:1, TC-W3 and 87 octane, unless I can find a documented rating of 24:1.

OMC rated all engines made before 1964 at 24:1 (in 1964). Since then they and BRP have backed off on that and rerated many pre-1964 engines at 16:1

The Gale Buccaneer service manual says 24:1. But the tag on the motor Might say 16:1. In either case, 24:1 is just fine and what I use in mine.
