Is there another resource for a factory service manual for my twin yammie 150's other than a dealer? I'd rather not use Clymer or other "generic" outboard manuals. I've got 80 hrs on them and will soon need to address some maintenance issues. Also, is there anything in particular I need to pay attention to that's not mentioned in the owner's manual maintenance schedule? Thanks in advance.

The only other source for a manual would probably be E-bay.

You can buy them straight off of the Yamaha website. Of course there will be a shipping charge added to the cost so you'll pay a little more than getting it at the dealer.

I bought mine for my 2000 150 carbed VMAX at the dealer for about the same as advertised on the Yamaha website without the shipping.
