2 problems...<br /> <br />* motor will trim up but not down from either helm switch or motor switch. What is the proper order to diagnos problem ?<br /><br />* previous owner stipped air bleed bolt head,<br />probably by trying to turn clockwise rather than counter clockwise....How do I replace the air bleed bolt ?<br />Thanks for any help
