Trying to locate prop -1940 Johnson HA-15 2.5 HP

I have a 1940 Johnson HA-15 2.5 HP that has been in my family since it was about 5 years old (it's one year older than I am) and I'm trying to locate a prop and a water pump kit (or just the impellor).<br /><br />I've checked with all the usual sources, but everyone either says "not available" or "not in stock" ... for either item.<br /><br />Any suggestions?

You can get a reproduction of the impeller from grove.net/~noff/marx.html<br /><br />Check with laingsoutboards.com, tcoutboards.com, vintageoutboards.com, outboard-parts.com for the prop. They all have old stock and used parts.<br /><br />EDIT: Laings has the same p/n for the impeller, but they list it as '46-. I don't think there's any difference though.
