How much is my 1969 25hp Evinrude Sportster worth? Model #25902D-E07613. How much can I sell it for? I have a 14' Lund V-hull, and I don't know if the 25h horse will be to much for the boat. My boat has decking throughout, so I think that it is ok. What is your opinion on these questions?

I saw the same motor on Ebay go for $549 but that included shipping which can get pricey, usually around a $100 to ship. So figure about $450. i've seen motors from the seventies and early 80's fetch upwards of $600 depending on condition. I'm not sure if I inserted this link properly but the motor can be viewed at Ebay Motors.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=2473377602&category=50439

hope this helps.

that motor will be just fine on your boat just check the transom wood, some boats just put in a 1" board, you might want to build it up a little, most alum boats are set up for little motors 15hp down all you have to do is beef it up a little unless someone already has. you won't hurt your boat with the 25 and it'll scoot right along.
