HELP! need help identifying model/make of outboard engine NEED FOR RESCUES

i have this old small outboard engine that i dont know the name or make of and i need to use it for my john boat for rescues here in the houston area. it runs but i dont see exhaust water coming out engine is hot if i know make and model i can determine if its water cooled or air cooled. there is no plate for serial numbers. EDIT wont let me put pictures on here says im not authorized to post or remove pictures

Tree, I know you want to help in Houston, but you don't want to attempt rescues is what may be an unreliable watercraft. You don't want to be one of those needing rescue.

This is just friendly advice. Volunteers are needed for a lot more than boat rescue. They need help for many things and all help is appreciated.

Pretty simple to tell - an air-cooled motor will have cooling vanes on the cylinder, cylinder head and flywheel. Water-cooled will not.
