i'm looking to buy this 25 hp Mercury but can't find anything on what yr it is the serial # is 06114245 can anyone please help with the yr of this motor if it makes a difference it is a electric start thanks in advance Billy oh in case u wonder it is out of N.C. so there is no title to look at
