Break In Procedure for Fresh Rebuild?

Hey guys, I posted this question in the my rebuild thread over on the Force page but I thought it would be better to ask here. I am basically complete with the rebuild of my 1994 Force 70hp. All I have left to do is set the cranking WOT timing and then I can start it up for the first time. What I am wondering is what the common opinion is on the proper break in procedure on a 2 stroke outboard? The universal one is obviously run double oil in the fuel for around the first 10 hours. However, the various rpm ranges, amount of time to hold at rpm ranges, and whether or not to use WOT short bursts seems to vary a lot. The picture procedure below was in a reply on the other board. Is it a good enough method to follow? Are there any details it is missing? Any other break in procedures someone would like to share? Thanks.

Thats the procedure to follow. Double the oil for the first tank (6 gal), then go back to 50:1.
