Throtle start position on tiller model Evinrude?

I have a 1994 25hp tiller model Evinrude. The lettering is faded. I can barely see the shift arrows. Where is the start position. A pic would be greatly appreciated.

This is common, and markings rarely line up for long. Over time they become useless and most people just ignore them.

For cold starts, just advance grip small distance CCW, prime bulb, start and voil?.

When in neutral the throttle will advance only part way. All the way (as far as it will go) is the start position.

This ^^^^ as long as the throttle is working correctly. IE not by passing the neutral stop.
