I have a rebuilt 454 Crusader. Runs great in my 26 Tollycraft. It has a Barr Aluminium oil pan. Its a good one from what I understand. It has the dipstick tube at the front of the pan but the wrong dipstick in it. I can't find any literature on this pan as it has been out of production since the 90s. I don't know for sure how much oil it's supposed to have. I guess at it but it's unsettling. Too much and I can blow the seals out. Anyone have this engine/pan combo and know the exact amount of oil? Of course the Crusader has the remote external oil filter and the oil cooler. I can't find a 551455 dipstick for it. I think the pan is a CR 23350

call PCM (who now owns Crusader) and talk to their customer service.
