Plastic Throttle Holder Thing Broke.

1977 Stamas with 351W and MC-1 Outdrive. I have Morse throttle cable and when I was out today testing work I've done to the boat I broke the little plastic barrel keeper thing that holds the throttle on the stud. What is the name of this part? I've looked on ebay under every possible thing I could think to call it. "Throttle holder" "throttle keeper" etc... can't seem to find it to save my life.

Is the part that broke part of the throttle cable?
