I have a 1989 Celebrity 199 SE bowrider, with a 1988 mercruiser 5.0 L v8. There was a loud squeaking noise when i first but the boat into gear. By thinking about it, i came to the conclusion that it was the alternator belt. I was lazy and didn't look at it right then. When i got home after this weekends boat trip, i looked at the belt. It was completely shredded, there was basically nothing left of it. I can't find a part number on whats left of the belt. Does anyone know what the part number is for this belt?
