2005 Bayliner 185 Mercruiser 4.3...which # service Manual?

Can anyone tell me which number service manual I need to get for a 2005 Bayliner 185 with a 4.3?

You did not list the serial number or if you have the MPI or TKS (turn key start) model but by what I'm seeing it could be 32 for mpi or 41 for tks:
Boatinfo - The library, containing manuals, brochures and other technical documents from the last hundred years!

Thanks Mark...the serial number is OW346485...still getting used to some terminology on this stuff...don't believe it has the TKS and it has a carb...I have looked in the library but still a little unsure...

Sorry, I didn't make it quite clear in my first post that if it had a carb, then s/m 25 and 41 would go together for tks as shown on the cover of s/m 41 that it is a supplement.

With a carb then it's not MPI so then service manual #25 should work showing it is for GM 4.3 v6 engines:

On the 2nd page of s/m #41, it shows the 4.3 with s/n 0W300013 so your is above the s/n so that would tell me you do have a tks:

The MPI 4.3 is s/m #32 which is what my Maxum had.

You do have a TKS carb on that engine, it wasn't available without it.

TKS = Turn Key Start. It should say that on the flame arrestor decal, you can also ID it by the TKS module on the carb (see picture below).




You need manuals numbered 25 (engine), 41 (TKS Carb), and 37 (exhaust and cooling), for your engine.

14 if you have an Alpha Drive.

Don and Mark...thanks a million for your help on this...it does get a little confusing for the beginner...after several hours yesterday doing research I thought I was closing in on the correct manuals...you guys confirmed that for me...polish, wax, lubes, manuals, serial numbers...head was spinnin' like the Exorcist...hahaha...thanks again guys and have a great weekend...
