Anyone know anything about this brand of engine, and whether it would be compatible with a mercruiser keyhole?

Is it from a mercruiser or volvo?
If not, you'll still need the manifolds, mounts, hardware etc.
I think Tige uses them in their inboard boats.
They make a number of sizes including using a 350.

Dont know. The seller is asking $4k for a 2014 motor. If it fits a mercruiser outdrive then it might be worth getting.

if its just a motor, its a small block chebby just like mercruiser, however with Ilmor marinization vs mercruiser marinization.

$4k is a lot for a gen 1 SBC if your just mating it to a mercruiser outdrive, considering you will most likely switch to the mercruiser exhaust to mate up to the mercruiser y-pipe

are you using the whole motor or just the block and heads and putting the Mercruiser stuff on it?

generally new long block is about 2800-3000 USD. reman is about 2000-2400 USD for a 350 SBC from a few places (there are other places with lower cost). so if its close and you can see it run, its not an outrageous deal then

If it's the same motor I'm thinking of there's a couple of things to consider.

It has dual catalyst exhaust manifolds with separate O/2 sensors.
The exhaust exits toward what I would call the front of the motor where the balancer and accessories are.
The ECU and electronics are mounted on the flywheel end.
If you removed the cat manifolds I wonder if the ECU would still work?

Proprietary parts would be expensive I think.
my 2 cents
