Globe impellers

Are these worth the additional $$$? Will they actually survive running dry?

Bondo said he put one in so long ago he can't remember when. Other members have had similar results as long as you can find one that fits your motor.

Read some of those old posts. Seems like they don't make one for a Alpha Gen 2 which is what I have.

I looked a while back, and I couldn't find a model for a Gen 2, either.

Ayuh,.... I noticed that awhile back, when I stocked up on Alpha 1 impellers,....

I couldn't find the one for the Gen.II at Globe's own website,....

Maybe the long vanes ain't conducive to the blue rubber,....

The one in my Alpha 1 is over 10 years old, 'n still pumpin' Strong,....
I'm thinkin' the housin' will wear out, before the impeller,......
