Yes I have a 19 8380 hp Mercury outboard I just replaced the starter today which is brand-new checked this night to make sure it's working it's getting 12 V to the bottom post of the starter check the neutral safety switch which is working and starter was still not turn the motor over or work. I think I have a bad new starter help.
