Ok, I know what everybody's thinking, he put it together with the lower unit in in the wrong gear compared to upper unit. I checked, double checked and checked again. It shifts through all 3 gears just fine. In forward, it does not turn cclockwise. In neutral it spins freely both ways. In reverse it clicks both ways. If I turn flywheel by hand in reverse it turns it, but I can hold prop from moving while turning flywheel?? Any help would be appreciated.

If you can keep the prop from turning in reverse while you turn the flywheel, the rubber hub in the prop is spun. You'll need a replacement prop, unless you have a "prop shop" nearby and their rates are very low. Usually a prop shop charges too much to rehub a small prop vs the price of a new one.

You should be able to find a replacement prop here at iboats, check in the motor parts section...........ed
