I'll have to look and find the model and serial #'s as I've lost my paperwork.
This thing runs awesome except for reverse. When I launch my 15' tri-hull and back away from ramp it ratchets/slips if I go more than a tick above idle. I can live with that. When it really bothers me is pulling up to ramp or dock later and try to stop or reposition the boat.
Is there an adjustment or do i have a weak/worn spring? Is it time to replace some hard parts?
Tearing into this doesn't scare me. It's not even close to doing an automatic transmission. I'd just like some advice before I get in there.
