How long should a marina charge for a power trim unit change, 2005 Mercury 40hp

My local marina says it takes 4 hours to change a 2005 Mercury 40hp power trim unit. Seems excessive. Does that sound right?

Its pretty close, should take 3 to3.5 hours unless brackish/salt water unit.
