Hi. New to the boat world, but somewhat mechanically sound. I have a 85 HP Thunderbolt Mercury outboard. The issue I am having is the motor will not shift completely into reverse, seems like it is only going halfway. Engine revs up and prop spins but it also clicks. It is as simple as a cable adjustment? Also not sure if this is right or not but the prop makes a clicking noise while turning it manually in neutral. Normal? Thanks in advance.
