Here is a good one. I recently purchased a used 1996 100 hp merc. It started fine and idle fine when dry docked. when i took it out it ran great. I stooped and fished for an hour. I tried to start it, it took 10 minutes of messing with choke and fast idle. After this every time is tried to start it it was hard. The idle was rough and died frequently. Here is the odd thing when i got it home I started it to clean it and it started right up and idled for 20 minutes till i cut it off. I'm wondering if something is getting wet and causing a starting and idle issue. Please help
