Hello everyone! Ive been having an oil leak on my 150hp Mariner outboard. I've been trying to diagnose where its coming from and came upon this. This hose is not attached to anything other than the fitting at the top. I has oil leaking out of the bottom of the hose. Is this a vent tube or something? the hose is the center of the picture.
