Oil reservoir cap cracked

The cap has the low oil warning float in the top. I did not see where the wire Leeds have a connections so it can be replaced? I need to order a new cap mine is cracked. Anyone replaced their cap before? Thanks

Replacing the cap should not be an issue. What is your engine serial number so the correct part number can be looked up?
