mariner 80hp not tilt lifting how to fill up

Hello out their
does anyone no how to fill up the tilt lifter on my mariner 80hp serial no;A8056624
it also has hydraulic steering it wont lift and is out of fluid i dont no what the purcedure is to fill and bleed
any help would be great i have uploaded a pic of the pump

In your picture right below the green wire.---fill with #30 wieght motor oil.-----Unit must be mounted in order to work properly.

Thanks for sorting that last problem out for me , i have a new one now!!
i need a wiring diagram for my MARINER 80HP serial no: A8056624
i cut the plug off because the wiring is corroded it has 7 wires coming out and i cant workout where they
all go because they were so corroded i cant tell what color they are, plug wires (red black brown orange grey tan yellow)
i dowloaded a couple of wiring diagrams but i cant seem to get the right one any ideas would help
