1995 90HP 0g174918. Catalog calls it a rectifier but using ohm or diode check on a meter, it is open circuit on all poles even if you reverse leads. Has 4 yellow wires (2 from stator and 2 from regulator) and 2 grey wires (1 going to tach and 1 to regulator). Charging system seems to be working fine but I am wondering if this rectifier is blown and should be replaced. Problem I am getting is tach occasionally sticks at certain rpm's and sometimes no spark on hot restart.
