1976 Mercury 1500 Thunderbolt Ign (How to adjust carb's?)

I am mainly interested on how to set the fuel intake to the bowls by adjusting needles/seats...any help would be appreciated.

Well hopefully somebody will come up with some specs for you but most carbs, the float is adjusted to be level with the body

Side bowl carbs, right? Invert the carb bowl cover. The upper lever should be parallel to the carb bowl face. Turn right side up. Measure between the levers. That float drop space should be 1/4" if memory serves me.
