I just bought this motor and it has been sitting for three years but runs strong. I replace the impeller as i should've after it as been sitting and when i was trying to put the lower unit back onto the outboard it was pretty difficult. before i took it apart the boat would go into each gear and neutral and when in neutral the prop would spin freely like it should. But now it is stuck in forward. I can not get the motor to go into neutral or reverse and if i was to start it right now the prop spins. Any idea what i could've done wrong when i put it back together? Anything could help. Thank you
