1994 mariner 150 power problems

Took boat out was running good all morning later in day was running and boat lost power engine still running dropped back on throttle and tried again same thing prime ball was a little soft pumped up and ran better after a few min same problem had same problem last yr so before we ran boat we changed fuel pump diaphragm so it rules that out any advice would be great thanks

remove the fuel line with the primer bulb and look inside the line. If you see little pieces of yellow stuff in the line then the line needs to be replaced.

take a fuel sample and see if you have water in your tank....neighbor had this problem due to a poor vent design and back wash water could fill tank with water
