Just installed impeller kit ( 18-3214 ), kit had 2 medium size O-rings & 1 small O-ring. Where do they go, the impeller I took off had none. Another question, I put it in forward gear when I drop the lower unit, now it seems it's in forward in netural. Now it's peeing good but leaking water around back of lower unit. Any help would be great. Thanx
