I have a 2010 Mercury 115 HP outboard motor on a pontoon boat. It has 90 hours on the engine and it ran fine last year. After sitting through a winter in the Charlotte area (it was covered and had fuel treatment) it has problems. It will run while cold and if you keep cruising it will keep going. When you stop for more than a quick stop, it will hardly start and run. I have drained the fuel tank, put in non-ethanol fuel, put in a fuel/water separator and put in new spark plugs. Any suggestions or knowledge as to the problem?
