adding oil to power trim on 70's mercury 150hp?

I recently bought a 1975 mercury 150hp and am putting it together. I got the tnt together, and hooked up the pump, but its out of oil. This one has 4 lines running to the pump. How do I add oil? Is is self priming? I see a knob on the side that screws in and out, whats that for?

The pump is self-bleeding. The cylinders are not self bleeding. Remove the round head screw at the top right side of the pump/reservoir, to fill the pump. Use 5W-30 motor oil or Dextron ATF. Fill the pump and cycle the PTT several times, refilling as necessary.
