1982 Mercury 90 hp bogs under load. HELP!!!

Hi,

I have a 1982 Mercury 90 hp 6 cyl that will idle , and rev with no problem but as soon as i put in forward gear and throttle up it bogs . The timing, carbs, fuel, spark has all been checked out and is fine. Compression is 150 psi in all cylinders. Any help is appreciated because i am baffled!

Open up the low speed mixture needles 1/8 turn at a time and see if problem goes away.
