Fuel leaks when bulb is squeezed, and when engine is running.Leaks through the overflow tube on the port side of the engine casing. Replaced a questionable squeeze bulb, but still leaks. It runs out at a pretty good rate when motor is running. Help, don't know where to start.

How about a picture. Know not what you are referring to as "overflow tube" on the port side. No such thing as an overflow tube for fuel other than fuel leaking out of the bowl outlet tube in the venturi of the carb when the float level is wrong or the needle valve doesn't shut off the fuel after the bowl fills. Any other leaks would probably be leaking hoses. The fact that you said it is worse with the engine running says it is between the fuel pump and carb.
