New to the forum so hopefully you all can help and pictures are great. Purchased a boat with the throttle and shift cables already in place. I just need to get the ones off of the motor I'm going to put on. Both are mercury 50hps 1977. How do I get them off? There doesn't seem like there is any room by looking at it and once I do get them off how do I know they are adjusted properly. Help.
