1966 650 Mercury Motor

Guys, I have a stripped spark plug, and it looks like the previous owner used jb weld to hold it in place. What are my options, I'm not going to use JB Weld on this. Do I need to take the head off and re-tap. Give me some options.

Sorry , but there is no cylinder head on that motor.----Which cylinder is it with the stripped thread.----Top 3 it is easy to install a helicoil.

It is the #3 I'm afraid to take out the #4 plug!
