1994 mercury 60 hp not starting up

Have a 1994 mercury outboard 60 HP was running fine in open water,Stopped to fish for about half an hour and now it won't start at all,Haven't done anything yet just happened today,any tips on which direction to start would be greatly appreciated.the engine is turning over have checked the fuse looks ok but have not put a meter to it yet,cannot tell if the there is a clicking noise( the enricher) when we push the button will check on that this weekend.

You really haven't provided much information.

What is your engine s/n?

Have you turned the key on to see if there is anything to the engine, ie; can you hear the enricher click when you push in the key, can you hear the solenoid click when you try to start?

Do you have a service manual for the wiring schematics?
