I have a 200 hp mariner 1989. when I try to raise the motor hydraulic fluid squirts out from somewhere. The motor is all the way domn so I cant see anything. I tried to pick the motor up by hand but i can't seem to get it to come up. Is there something I need to do to release it? Also anyone know what might be leaking?? There aren't any hoses in there (I don't think) it must be some kind of seal????
