1972 mercury 200 20hp motor

i recently acquired a 1972 merc 200 20hp motor, and well, its sat for 20 years it turns over and has good compression, but its saddle is broken, as well as its fuel lines. the shifter is also stuck, im probably just gonna have to take that all apart to see whats up. but the fittings i just want to replace with regular barb fittings, the carb is also stuck closed, its rather hard to track down 42 yr old parts hah im pretty good with small engines so a point in the right direction for parts would be greatly appreciated or if anyone wants to sell me some decently priced parts thatd be great too

You haven't included your engine s/n but if you are sure it is a 1972, here is the parts list and although many are listed NLA, you will have the part numbers to start searching.
