Well my motor worked fine all last year... Took it out over the weekend for the first time and it started up fine. It idles with no problem but the motor wont accelerate. It either stalls or run very slow while shaking a lot. I replaces plugs, lower unit oil, cleaned fuel filter, and cleaned carbs. Any idea on what is happening? It hasn't even come close to reaching its max speed.

I would think that the carbs are still some what plugged up.

Might get into the archives and look up "DeCarb". In the process of doing that you will introduce Sea Foam to your entire fuel system and in the process could dissove some gum/varnish that may have accumulated and also lube up the moving parts in contact with your fuel. If that doesn't fix it, might do as MH suggested and have a second look at your carbs. Berryman's Chem Tool aerosol works great for cleaning up carbs and finish off with a good blasting with compressed air.
