Don't know anything about it besides the guy saying its "Broke" I am looking to restore it, but not knowing whats broke what would it be worth to make him a offer, Not the best photo but thats what he sent me, lol

If it was in the UK, I would not take it if it was free ! So 10 bucks tops ?

It would depend on what is " broke "----------Judging by the cowling it may well be the sailboat model with electric start and battery charging.---Replacement value of ~ $4000.00-----------These motors were used / built the same for over 15 years and lots of good used parts are available.-----If you can do the work yoursef then $150.00 / $200.00 might well be a bargian.
