I recently took off my carb and cleaned it. After re-installing the carb, I attached the throttle cable and choke cable, (rods really). The choke will not pull out and is stuck and seems it must have moved from it's normal position. I can't seem to find where or how to adjust it to the right position. In the attached photo, it's the top bar that won't move anything connected to the carb.
