1984 75hp mercury 4 cyl stator replacement

I'm going to replace my stator. I would like to find a good downloadable manual or if someone can post a picture of the process from there's or give me a play by play

your in the I/O section but that s ok.
remove crackshaft nut, use proper puller to remove flywheel. remove mounting bolts R/R stator, reassemble NO BIG HAMMERS
If you dont have the correct puller, loosen cranknut to top of threads,but do not remove.
carefully raise up the flywheel and using a wood block give the nut a sharo tap, this shouold free the flywheel DO NOT LOSE THE WOODRUFF KEY

Thank you for this inforation. Will i be running into any timing issues ? the flywheel has markings on it and a pointer that sticks out and up next to the flywheel.

Stator is for powering the ign packs and for the charging system, has nothing to do with timing.there is a inner coil setup for ignition timing.
