Mercury 60 HP ELPTO

Hello All,

I've got a 1997 60 HP ELPTO (sn: 0G482643) that cranks but won't start (as if the kill switch wasn't on, but it is).

Lucky for us it happend at the end of our day fishing. Shut it down to pull in the trailier and it refused to start up. Pulled a plug today and there does not appear to be any spark.

I've got the SELCO manual but don't see any clear direction in there.
