1990 25hp mercury sync and link

Hello I was wondering if anyone can help me with syncing a 25 mercury back to where its suppose to be? Its 1990 model and someone has changed the timing and throttle arm adjustments trying to get it to run. I just bought the motor and would like to get a fresh start on where everything is suppose to be at.. thanks for the help

You need to get a manual and do the link & sync in the steps given.

You will find all the info needed on the pages following and should be able to print them for easier reading while getting the job done. JMO

Thanks a lot I'm a believer in a manual just been hard to get one exacty for that motor
