150 hp 2 stroke mercury outboard no spark

Hi I have a 2 stroke 150 hp mercury... that die on me on full throttle going to shore ...it would not start..
After been towed to shore I check to see if I have spark ...but nothing ..can any body tell me where to check if my coils are bad or that they are not getting current to fire

That s/n comes up as:

90% of the time....Switchbox..replace them both as a pair...buy Mallory...1/2 price of Mercury

I have just bought new ones but nothing .....after recieving the manaul from carholme I trace the problem to my key switch....
