SmartCraft sc1000 pleas help

hello please help
SmartCraft sc1000 only works when you connect directly from the box image 1
if I link through the junction box and not works image 2
cables and junction box are good I have measured the

What to do?

Hi there, have you tried plugging into different spots on the junction box?

Do you have a termination resistor for the junction box?

Is the long black wire grounded? And the purple wire plugged into the correct place for power?

It seems you'll need part 84-859743t2 but i'll see if i can confirm that with your serial number.
