Just purchased a Mercury 4.5 serial# 6105195 what is the year it was built?

I can't match the model # and serial # number to the supposed year. Mercury 15hp Model 1F15301HK serial 0R44610 is the leading character in the serial # a letter O or a number zero 0 ?
