mercury 110 kiekhaefer twin 9.8hp HELP

I need some help with the spark plug wire location, the turn of the throttle binds my wires up. I don't know the year but I know it says lightning on the side of the block the I have a serial numbers in a few places though. The other problem is a plate of some kind thatto looks to have something to do with exhaust on the side with the control stick. The previous owner broke most of the bolt heads off. Any body know about this thing or where to get a manual for it?

Yeah, what Bat says. Pictures help a lot, as does serial number. I have one of these 1967, so post your photos and I will help.

I don't know wat every thing is but I'm pretty mechanically minded so I think I figured out the basics but I don't know where to get a manual or how to go about getting it going
